VIP Registration:

AYSO 57 also has a VIP program for players with special needs. The program runs in both spring and fall and provides VIP players of all ages the chance to enjoy the great game of soccer. This is our program for disabled players. VIP Program offers a special soccer experience for players with permanent mental and/or physical disabilities (such as autism, blood disorders, breathing difficulties, hearing or sight problems, etc.). Assistive devices are allowed and there is no upper age limit for VIP players.

Registration for Fall VIP for children with disabilities is online only.  To register, go to and register in Region 57.  Please check the VIP box and do not pay the fee.  $25 is due at the first game. Contact if you missed VIP registration. Please do not bring child to field expecting to play if your child is not registered.

In Fall, non-competitive division offers opportunities for both boys and girls in U5 - U8.
Competitive division fields teams for boys and girls in U10-U19. This is our largest program for children age 4-19. 
In Spring, there are no competitive divisions. 

Registration is online only.  Please remember we are an all volunteer organization with no paid staff.

AYSO Region 57 Extra Teams are comprised of players who tried out during the Spring 2014 and were chosen to play on their respective teams.

If you need to register other siblings in RECREATION you will need to register each child separately.  

In fall, a head coach may only request an assistant coach.  No other requests are permitted.  Please email with any assistant coach requests.

NEW REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:  Please visit (registration is now through AYSO National)
  • Returning Volunteers (i.e. Board Members/Refs/Coaches) - login and click on APPLICATION FOR A NEW PLAYER
  • New Players (NEW to AYSO) - click on "My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer"
  • If your child has played in our Region before, and have not registered as a volunteer at - click on "My child has played in AYSO, but we have never used eAYSO"
  • Click the dot next to "I want my child(ren) to play in region" and type: 57
  • Complete the screens as indicated
  • Click the e-signature box and sign your name.  You will then click submit once and then a 2nd time after the final form loads.  (Note: Forms are submitted electronically, however, your coach will need a copy at the 1st practice).
  • Payment (credit cards only) - click the box next to your child's name 
  • Click on Pay Fee via Credit Card - REQUIRED
NOTES:  In order to complete registration:

If your child has played in Region 57 and have NOT ALREADY linked your child(ren) with your email, call/email (866-588-2976 or eAYSO and have your email address linked with your child(ren);  Please include your name, child's name & DOB.  Again, this is only for returning players who are not already linked.
  3. If your child is new to our region, you must submit Proof of Age.  Submit Proof of Age via email (, fax (949-729-1042) or mail (1806 Port Barmouth, Newport Beach, CA 92660).  
Your registration will be complete once these 3 steps have been completed.  If any one of these steps are not completed by June 30, 2014, then your registration will be canceled, fee forfeited and you will need to register on our wait list.

Spring Recreational Registration will open in mid-January.   Fee is $120/player. 

AYSO 57 Spring Rec 2014 games begin on ____________ and end _________. There are no games __________.  Spring soccer is coach driven.  Please consider volunteering to coach so all children wishing to play this season may be placed on a team.  In Spring, each coach is able to choose his/her child, plus 2 others.  If a coach has twins, then he/she may choose 1 other child.   NO EXCEPTIONS.

There are no Spring Recreational refunds or coach credits.  There is no late registration or wait list in spring.

Spring Recreational soccer is more relaxed than Fall.  In U8 and up, all games are 7v7 on short-sided fields and goalies are not permitted to punt.  It is a great time for coaches to gain experience and players to develop their skills and play different positions.  

Please note that 7v7 format is subject to change in U10, U12 & U14 based on number of teams and tri-region play.  


Spring Rec 2014 Registration Instructions:

- Click on one of the options below to create an account; do NOT login
- Enter Information as indicated
- Be sure to select Region 57 and continue through the screens
- Click NEXT through the screens until you get to the e-signature portion
- Click the e-signature box (on your left side), type your name and click NEXT
- The form will reload;  Scroll down and click SUBMIT
- Click the box next to your child's name and complete the payment process
- Fee is $120/player
- Call or email eAYSO Support to link your child(ren) with your email.  This is a one-time process. You may leave a voicemail with your email, full name and child's info. 

- Login
- Click on Sign up for Other Programs
- Click NEXT through the screens until you get to the e-signature portion
- Click the e-signature box (on your left side), type your name and click NEXT
- The form will reload;  Scroll down and click SUBMIT
- Click on 2014 Spring REC (below your child's name) and complete the payment process
- Fee is $120/player

AYSO 57 All Stars teams are comprised of players who were selected after the Fall Recreational 2013 season and were chosen to play on their respective teams. Players must have played in the Fall 2013 recreational season in order to be eligible. It is an honor to be chosen to play on an All Stars team. No refunds are issued for All Stars except for players who are medically unable to play or move out of the area prior to the beginning of the season. Doctor's note or proof of move is required.

Fee is $110, which includes a uniform, backpack & hoodie.
